We created itsyourplace Ltd to provide a personalised property management service to freehold and leasehold developments throughout the South East and Central Southern areas of England.
Having been resident Directors of residential property management companies ourselves, we recognised then, and are more convinced now, that there is a real need for the personally tailored and local service itsyourplace Ltd offers. It is our first-hand experience and knowledge that has taught us how a management company should operate and best serve their clients.
Being local we are very much hands on with our focus on the services with which the residents are provided, minimising the time commitments required of residents and resident Directors, whilst giving everyone the individual choice of balance and involvement they want, and realising significant improvements in value-for-money in all the developments we serve.
We have many developments under our management, providing them all with a greatly improved level of service and cost savings - in some cases very significant, all of which we know would be more than happy to provide you with a reference of working with us.
itsyourplace Ltd is a fully subscribed member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) & is consequentially bound by & subject to the Memorandum & Articles of Association & Bye-Laws thereof.
